Says it all. The background is masking tape covered with a light layer of Gesso followed up with Pelikan Water Color Paint. I had laid row after row of tape onto wax paper to paint then once dry tore and reassembled onto a piece of Cardstock.
Adding some Rub Ons by Daisy D and Creative Imaginations and a little bit of bling from Recollections it was done.
