It's time for another challenge at
Challenge 14:
Button it Up!Crafters of every stripe are button hoarders! Buttons are pretty, inexpensive, and extremely versatile. If you are a card maker, quilter, layout artist, or anything in between, you probably have a button hoard! Buttons come in many sizes, styles, shapes, and colors, plus they are easy to store...usually in cute containers! Pull out those bins of buttons and use some of them for your challenge project!
One talented participant will receive this prize, donated by Altered Pages!

This is my creation.
An art journal page created on a base of canvas cloth.
The images, stamps, tag and sewing tissue paper are all from Altered Pages.
Glimmer mist and burlap are from Canvas Corp.
I love how the Glimmer mist from Tattered Angels covers the Modeling Paste.
Buttons from my very large stash.
Close up of some of the paste colored with the mist and the top of the tag that I cut off and then sewed onto the bottom or the page.
Love the combination of fabric, paper, paste and buttons.
Some of the collage images used
all from Altered Pages.
Supplies:
Pattern paper, collage images, tag and stamps: Altered Pages
Burlap, Glimmer Mist: Canvas Corp
Gesso, Modeling Paste: Liquitex
Ink: Ranger
