It's Never Too Late

I primed a bunch of canvases a while back and pulled one out to play today. I wanted to use some of my customized paper tape and this seem the perfect place to try them out.
I put down a layer of Golden Glaze yellow ochre, put down some of my tape pieces and followed with a layer of Cerulean Deep Blue Golden Fluid Acrylic mixed with glazing medium.next a tax receipt from 1909 and layers of plain tissue paper applied with Gel Medium.
Another layer of Yellow Ochre Glaze and sprayed with Frost Glimmer Mist. Rubbed Vintage Photo Distress ink along the edges and stamped the stars (Oxford Impressions) with Timber Brown Staz On.
Rubbed on a bit of Agave Green acrylic paint, added some pieces of vintage Bingo card and canceled foreign stamps.
Added a vintage magazine image, applied 7 Gypsies Rub ons (bird & hand) and outlined image with charcoal pencil. Made swirls using Crafters Workshop Stencil and Charcoal pencil. Sprayed Latte Glimmer mist.
Stamped Kaisercraft pink flowers with script stamp and added Ocean Blue Liquid Pearls for center. Dusted with bit of ART-c glitter.
Put down quote with rub on alphabet letters (American Crafts)
Rubbed Vintage photo ink lightley over piece
