A Moment of Pure Perfection

My husband recently bought a new camera. Which means he follows us EVERYWHERE with it. I can't complain though, he is giving me some great shots to work with.

This layout was done on a piece of recycled cardboard that I distressed. Using Gel Medium I applied torn strips of patterned paper. Followed it up with a very light layer of gesso, then modeling paste in spots for added texture. Light was of blue acrylic paint and then Chalkboard Mist by Tattered Angels.
Stencils by Club Scrap.
This layout was published in the May issue of Scrapbook News and Review

I can hear the little one's goggle every time I look at it.
