With the baby gone on a mini vacation for the next couple days it's amazing how much I can get done. I did this 2 page layout for the sketch challenge at http://getpicky.blogspot.com/.
The majority of the papers came from Swirlydoos Simply Irrestible kit. The backgrounds are done on Bazzill Cardstock. I stamped the snowflakes with versamark and the embossed with clear embossing powder to use as a resist. Sprayed the cardstock with Twilight and Moonlight Glimmer Mist and Turquoise Perfect Pearls Mist. I Sewed this background onto black cardstock for added stability. Cut apart a swirl of ZVA crystals to get flourishes in several spots.
Winter came hard and fast to us in the South this year. Snow started flying on Dec 26th and it seems it's been like this ever since. I'm ready for Spring.
